All lab workbooks are provided as digital secured deliveries, with digital lab access product keys delivered via e-mail when the product ships. 

For clients who order printed workbooks, we offer delivery to most locations and the printed version will ship within 2 business days. If for any reason we cannot deliver to your address, a refund for the additional printing fee will be credited to your account.
